2. Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value and location.
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified amount, as mentioned on the website.
3. Order Tracking:
- Customers will receive a tracking ID once the order is dispatched.
- Real-time tracking updates will be available through our courier partner’s website.
4. 7-Day Replacement Policy:
- Customers can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product if there is a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or the wrong item is received.
- To be eligible, customers must record a video while opening the parcel to serve as proof of any damage or discrepancy.
- The product must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and invoices.
5. Return Process:
- Contact our support team via email or phone with the order ID and recorded video proof.
- Upon approval, a return pickup will be arranged, or customers may be required to send the product back at their own cost (if applicable).
- The replacement will be processed after verification of the returned product.
6. Cancellation Policy:

- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, customers can opt for a replacement under the 7-day policy.
